Regarding the Survey...

Those of you who have visited our website in the past may have noticed an on line planning survey that has been helpful to us in planning your ceremony. Unfortunately, we have had so many problems with the survey's submissions that we have been forced to remove the page. After you contact us via e-mail or telephone to make certain your date is available, we will be happy to e-mail you the survey. We know this is not as convenient, and we apologize for your inability to preview the survey, but the lack of dependability has made it impossible to continue to use the on line format.
